Morris Edgar Dan accused of plotting against BHS Principal and initiating false acts to remove him

Prayagraj: John Augustine Chairman, Allahabad High School Society, which runs the Boys High School and College Prayagraj has shot off letter to top authorities, demanding legal action against Morris Edgar Dan for illegally issuing order against Principal of Boys High School and College, DA Luke.     

The Church of North India (CNI), an institution ruled unlawful by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Vinod Kumar M Malviya and Others v. Magan Lal Mangaldas Gameti and Others.  He claims the role of Chairman and Managing Committee of the institution Allahabad High School Society, which was ruled unlawful by the Assistant Registrar Firms Societies and Chits Prayagraj by his ruling dated 26-05-2015.

 Accepting the same, the petitioner has been appointed Chairman of the Allahabad High School Society.  Many instances involving management claims in the institution are pending before the Hon’ble Court.

Against the order dated 26-05-2015 of the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies, and Chits, Prayagraj, the High Court issued a STATUS QUO order on 05-06-2015 in petition number 34333/2015, preventing any changes in official responsibilities in the Allahabad High School Society and its institutions.  Morris Edgar Dan, who leads the unlawful group CNI Bishop, continues to try to take over the institution by eliminating officials in some fashion, in violation of a High Court decision of June 5, 2015.  In the same sequence, Bishop Morris Edgar Dan is accused of plotting against the Principal of Boys High School and initiating false acts to remove him, which must be denied while the High Court ruling of 05-06-2015 is in effect. Bishop, Diocese of Lucknow Church of India-(CIPBC) has urged top authorities to take appropriate legal action against the so-called Bishop who is conspiring against the order of the court.
