Prayagraj: Prayagraj once again witnessed a celebration of literature with the launch of young poet, writer, and lyricist Shivam Bhagwati’s latest book “Yaad Tumhe To Hoga” at Hotel Prayag Inn. The event was graced by Harshvardhan Bajpai, MLA (North Prayagraj), as the Chief Guest. The ceremony commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and was anchored by Priya Priyanshu Srivastava. Dr. Mrityunjay Rao Parmar, Assistant Professor in the Department of English, University of Allahabad, addressed the gathering as the keynote speaker. He observed, “Those who fear falling, who dread the pain of falling, and even hesitate to rise again after a fall — this book brings forth stories of such struggles and courage.” He further discussed the multiple dimensions reflected in the work. Internationally acclaimed poet Sandeep Shukla added that when poetry travels from the fields to the parliament and into reputed institutions, it becomes a weapon for positive social change.
The ceremony was presided over by Janakavi Prakash, who underlined that every poet must publish their writings, as books carry an author’s legacy beyond their lifetime. Banke Bihari Pandey highlighted Shivam Bhagwati’s early dedication to literature and social responsibility, while Raunak Gupta encouraged him to continue contributing through both literature and service to society.
Published by Arj Hai Publication, “Yaad Tumhe To Hoga” was officially launched in the presence of distinguished personalities including Manoj Gupta, Sunil Kumar Pandey, “Nadi Purush” Dr. Samaj Shekhar, poet Piyush Mishra, Radheshyam Bharti, Bharat Kumar Singh, Deepa Srivastava, Abhinav Dwivedi, Yogita Singh, Ayush Pratap Singh, along with members of the publication team and other eminent figures from the city’s literary fraternity.
