Prayagraj: The Dadhikaadon fair was celebrated with great divinity and grandeur as per its old historical tradition. The fair area was completely bathed in colorful and attractive lighting. The atmosphere was completely filled with patriotic devotion and devotional songs, which was making the people who came to the fair happy and cheerful.

Before the departure of the Dadhikado Fair, in the premises of Shri Panchayati Akhara Bada Udasin, as per tradition, Lord Shri Krishna Balram and Radha Rani Maharani were worshipped by Committee Patron and Mahant Shivakant Maharaj of Shri Panchayati Akhara Bada Udasin, Advocate Pran Vijay Singh, and Chairman Councilor Rudra Sen Jaiswal. Thereafter, Lord Shri Krishna Balram and Radha Rani were seated on a silver stool and after going to Masurian Devi Temple, Kidganj, they were seated on the silver howdah made on the Airavat elephant. Thereafter, Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani inaugurated the Dadhikado Fair and the team. The team was led by Committee Chairman Councilor Rudra Sen Jaiswal and General Secretary Satyendra Tiwari and coordination was done by Pandit Ankush Sharma.

On this occasion MLA Harsh Vardhan Bajpai, Padum Jaiswal, BJP Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta, Ratan Shrivastava, Rajesh Kesarwani, Councilor Kiran Jaiswal, Beauty Shrivastava, Councilor Mukesh Kasera, Pramod Jaiswal, Ayush Agrahari, Santosh Agarwal, Satish Jaiswal, Durgesh Sahu, Ravindra Jaiswal, Sanjay Jaiswal, Vishal Agarwal, Ankur Srivastava and all the officers of the committee were present.

Media in-charge Rajesh Kesarwani said that in front of the team there was committee’s banner, DJ band, pipe band, band baja, drums, flags etc. Along with Lord Ganesha, Hanumanji Maharaj, Krishna Baldau, Krishna Sudama, Radha Krishna, tableau and Mahakal, Mahakali. Dozens of artistic performances including Maharas, killing of Kansa by Krishna, breaking of Satyabhama’s ego by mother Rukmani, Swachh Bharat Swachh Prayagraj were taken out in Chaukiyan which people were excited to see.

The group started from Masurin Devi Temple, Kidganj and passed through Shankar Lal Bhargav Marg, Arya Kanya, Mutthiganj, Satishah Chauraha, Triveni Marg, Ram Janaki Mandir Chauraha and culminated at Masurian Devi Temple.
