Prayagraj: Ankur Yuva Chetna Shivir, Lucknow, in collaboration with HCL Foundation, organized a relief camp for flood-affected families in the Mori Gate slum here today. As part of this initiative, essential relief materials were provided to approximately 60 affected families. The relief assistance included comprehensive ration kits and health and hygiene kits. The ration kits contained basic food items such as rice, flour, pulses, gram flour, oil, sugar, tea leaves, and spices. The health kits contained essential items such as soap, mosquito repellent, incense sticks, sanitary pads, and chlorine tablets, aimed at preventing waterborne diseases and maintaining hygiene. HCL Foundation Project Director Alok Verma, Group Operations Head Mayank Chandra, Manager Reeti Mehrotra, and Project Coordinator Dhanesh Srivastava actively participated in the event. On behalf of Ankur Yuva Chetna Shivir, the organization’s Director, Ms. Jyoti Khare, and team members Jabbar and Saurabh were present. Social worker Anuradha’s efforts in mobilizing the community were commendable. This relief campaign is an initiative to provide direct assistance and support to affected families in this time of crisis.
