Self-reliant India Sankalp Abhiyan district workshop organized
On Saturday, the Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan district workshop was held at the BJP office in Civil Lines. Speaking as the chief guest, BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan Incharge Mahesh Chandra Srivastava, highlighting the campaign’s broad outline, said that India has become self-reliant in key sectors like medicine and defense. Today, we are exporting defense to the world. Awareness about self-reliance has also grown within the country, and to further this awareness, the BJP’s top leadership has launched the Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan, with the slogan “Swadeshi in every home, Swadeshi in every home.” As part of the campaign, divisional workshops are scheduled for September 28, 29, and 30. A virtual workshop will be held from October 1 to 5, a district-level press conference on October 7 and 8, and a youth and women’s conference will be held at the district level from October 16 to 30, involving social media influencers. A Sankalp Abhiyan signature program will also be organized. From November 1 to 15, district-level professionals’ conferences and college seminars will be held, which will include debates on promoting Swadeshi among students and the topic of Swadeshi versus Videshi. Self-reliant India college ambassadors will be appointed. A state-level Swadeshi Quiz and Self-reliant India Essay Competition will be held from November 1st to 30th. A Swadeshi Fair will be held at the district level from November 16th to 30th, where a Self-reliant India Selfie Point will be established, and a youth and women’s conference will be held at the divisional level. From December 1st to 15th, a program will be organized to promote the products of street vendors and small shopkeepers. The public will also be encouraged to take a pledge to be Vocal for Local. From December 1st to 25th, a Bharat Sankalp Rath will be held, featuring street plays and other programs aimed at promoting Swadeshi. The Metropolitan Incharge stated that if we want to advance our country by adopting Swadeshi, we must transform this campaign into a mass movement by involving the public. The program was presided over by Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta, while the program was conducted by campaign co-convenor Vivek Gaur. Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani delivered the vote of thanks. Anuj Kushwaha has been appointed the campaign coordinator, while Vishwas Srivastava and Gaya Prasad have been appointed co-convenors.
