Baba Saheb’s 135th birth anniv celebrated at all booths of all 15 mandals
Prayagraj: On the 135th birth anniversary of Constitution maker Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar (April 14), BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan BJP workers garlanded the statue of Baba Saheb and recited the Preamble of the Constitution. Party workers and officials at all booths in all 15 Mandals of the Metropolitan area celebrated Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar’s 135th birth anniversary by garlanding his statue and portrait. Under the leadership of BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta, the Preamble of the Constitution was recited after garlanding the Ambedkar statue at the High Court Square. A large number of workers from the Scheduled Castes Front, Scheduled Tribes Front, and Backward Classes Front were present at the event. Addressing the gathering, BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta said that it is the responsibility of BJP workers to fulfill the dreams of Constitution maker Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar. Baba Saheb did not give up in the face of struggles in life and through hard work reached the pinnacle of success. MP Praveen Patel said that the country will remain indebted to Baba Saheb. Other parties used Baba Saheb’s name for votes but after coming to power, his dreams were shattered. MLA Siddharth Nath Singh said that the BJP organization and the government are moving on the path of building the India of Baba Saheb’s dreams. It was Baba Saheb’s dream to give 33 percent reservation to women which was realised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Today, all of us citizens of India are living in our country with our fundamental rights, thanks to Baba Saheb’s constitution.
