Prayagraj: The birth anniversary of the creator of the Constitution Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was celebrated with enthusiasm at the Congress office in Sikandra on Tuesday. The program was organized under the chairmanship of District President Ashfaq Ahmed. On this occasion, Congress workers paid emotional tribute to Baba Saheb by garlanding his portrait. Addressing the program, District President Ashfaq Ahmed said that Dr. Ambedkar was not the leader of just one party or class, but he was the guide of the entire nation. The true tribute to him would be to follow the foundation of social justice, equality and educated society laid by him. He called upon the workers to spread Baba Saheb’s message of ‘Be educated, stay organized and struggle’ to the people.

During this, the officials and workers present in the office took a pledge to follow the ideals of Baba Saheb. The program was conducted by District General Secretary Sunil Pandey.
