We previously secured eight seats, but now our goal is even bigger.” Referring to the party’s recent success in Bihar, he said that the social and political conditions of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar are very similar, and Chirag Paswan’s leadership will work wonders here too.
Emphasis on Dalit interests: Responding to questions about Akhilesh Yadav’s PDA (Pichhda, Dalit, Minority) slogan and alliance, Yadav stated that he has not come to benefit or harm anyone, but to fight for the rights of the people of Uttar Pradesh, especially Dalits. Expressing concern over the current situation, he said that the strong voice Dalits needed has declined, and the LJP (R) will fill that gap.
