Prayagraj: Allahabad High Court has granted conditional bail to Sandeep Kumar. The court has ordered his release on furnishing a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and two sureties. The petitioner is accused of trying to cheat the complainant by calling him on his mobile phone and showing him the photo of a sitting High Court judge. Justice Jitendra Kumar Sinha gave this order after hearing advocate Akhilesh Kumar Mishra. The court said that nothing was recovered from the petitioner. He has no criminal history. No monetary transaction was done. He is in jail since November 13, 24. Without considering the merits, the court said that the petitioner is entitled to get bail.
