Prayagraj: NCC cadets from Prof. Rajendra Singh (Raju Bhaiya) University conducted an awareness campaign and dialogue program as part of the anti-drug campaign in view of Tobacco Prohibition Day on May 31, 2026.

To mark Tobacco Prohibition Day, cadets from the university’s 17th UP Battalion organized an awareness rally to promote the anti-drug campaign and educate the public about the ill effects of tobacco. NCC students also visited villages surrounding the university and interacted with people as part of the anti-drug campaign, advising them to avoid tobacco and other forms of addiction. The awareness rally began from the university’s administrative building, visited villages in Mahuari and Sandwa Kala, held dialogue programs, and concluded at the university gate.
