Prayagraj: On the 7th of the month of Muharram, the Mehndi of Gullu Pehalwan was taken out by Prayagraj Islame Hind Moharram Committee. The Mehndi has been decorated very beautifully. Four gates, arch, minaret and dome have been made in the Mehndi. The Mehndi has been decorated with chrysanthemum and rose flowers. The craftsmanship is so wonderful that it seems as if pearls and gems are embedded in it and not flowers. Two dozen artisans have prepared it together. The beauty of the Mehndi is amazing. It has been prepared by the famous Gaus Mali of Prayagraj.
Late at night, the mehndi is lifted with loud slogans of Ya Ali Ya Hussain. The youth were full of enthusiasm and they go out for patrolling with the mehndi on their shoulders. Devotees from many cities come here with their relatives in advance to see the mehndi. As soon as the mehndi is lifted, people start praising its beauty. Gaus Mali starts getting rewards. This shows how beautifully the mehndi has been made. When the light of the fox falls on the mehndi, it seems as if one moon is patrolling in the sky and the other is patrolling on the ground.

The battle between truth and falsehood took place on the scorching land of Karbala, Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) drank the cup of martyrdom along with his Ahl-e-Bait and companions and gave the message to the entire world that death with honour is better than life with disgrace.

Mohammad Tahir Mohammad Aslam Mazhar of Civil Defence was cooperating with the administration with his entire team. Kotwali police was engaged in traffic and security arrangements the entire night.
