Prayagraj: Congress leader Irshad Ullah’s WhatsApp account has been abruptly blocked for the past 25 days. The shutdown of a primary means of communication in the digital age has caused significant inconvenience to him and his supporters. Irshad Ullah has sent dozens of official emails to WhatsApp management (Meta), but has yet to receive a positive response, nor has his account been restored.

Public relations affected: Due to the account being blocked, his contact with workers and the general public has been completely cut off, which is hindering important political and social work. Suspicion of conspiracy: Supporters have expressed anger over this, calling it a technical negligence and have demanded that the account be activated as soon as possible. Reacting to this matter, Irshad Ullah said, “WhatsApp is an important medium for serving the public and for the work of the organization. Blocking it without any clear reason and not paying attention to complaints is worrying. I hope the management will correct this technical error soon.”
