Prayagraj: During the holy month of Ramadan, 11-year-old Alina Raza, a resident of PAC Colony in Naini, observed Roza for the first time, offered Namaz and completed her first fast after Iftar in the evening. The holy month of Ramadan began on February 19th. The Muslim community observes fasting (roza) and prays for a month. Many children also observe fasting for the first time during the holy month of Ramadan, a practice known as Roza Khushahi. In this context, Alina Raza, a resident of Naini’s PAC Colony, observed her first fast on Wednesday. Families celebrate the first fast. Her father, Syed Aqib Raza, and his family are extremely happy. Alina explained that after eating Sehri (sehri) in the morning, she did not eat anything else, offered namaz, and broke her fast with Iftar (fasting). Alina says this day was memorable for her. Similarly, children in the Muslim community begin fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.
