Prayagraj: The grand Holi Milan function was held with great pomp and show under the aegis of Nagar Kesarwani Vaishya Sabha at Roshni Garden in Mutthiganj. The function was inaugurated by the chief guest, High Court Justice Surya Prakash Kesarwani, by lighting a lamp and garlanding the statue of Kashyapmuni. While congratulating the people on Holi, the chief guest of the program, Justice Surya Prakash Kesarwani, said that the evils and bad practices of the society should be removed and a pleasant Holi should be experienced like the Holi of Braj. On this occasion, Prayagraj’s Mayor Mr. Ganesh Kesarwani, in his address, asked all the people of the same caste to live with mutual love and harmony and make the service of humanity the basis of life as much as possible and wished them on Holi.
The welcome chairman of the program, Mr. Satish Chandra Kesarwani welcomed the guests and urged them to take every section of the society along and wished everyone a Happy Holi. In the function, Nagar Sabha president Rajendra Kumar Kesarwani, general secretary Rajesh Kesarwani, treasurer Suresh Chandra Kesarwani welcomed all the guests by garlanding them and giving them clothes. In the function, district president Narayan Kesarwani and Pramil Kesarwani honored all the guests by giving them mementos. On this occasion, through mutual discussion between marriageable boys and girls of the society, the possibility of marriage of 15 people was expressed, who would be married free of cost without dowry in the upcoming conference.
In the program, national artist Brajbhan enthralled the audience by singing folk songs and on the lines of Vrindavan, Radha Krishna played Holi with flowers and performed a captivating peacock dance. In the program, mainly National Organization Minister Kanhaiya Lal Gupta, National Management Minister Vinod Kesarwani, Ramesh Chandra Kesarwani, Vijay Vaishya, Yogendra Kesarwani, Suresh Kesarwani, Amit Kesarwani, Ankush Kesarwani, Virendra Kesarwani from Varanasi, Madan Lal Kesari, State President Tirth Raj Gupta, Councilor Neeraj Gupta, Rajesh Kesarwani, Anil Kesarwani from Mirzapur, Gopal Ji Kesarwani, and thousands of women and children of the society played Holi by applying abir gulal to each other. The program was conducted by Shri Kant Kesarwani Advocate and the vote of thanks was given by Rajendra Kesarwani.
