Devotees lit lamp to fulfill their wishes

Prayagraj: On the occasion of Shani Jayanti, the Shani Dev Mahotsav was organised with great pomp and show by the programme coordinator Subhash Kesarwani at the Shani Dev temple located at Hatia Police Booth intersection. On this occasion, the devotees anointed Lord Shani Dev with black sesame seeds and mustard oil and performed Maha Aarti puja with mustard oil.

And by donating a lamp under the Peepal tree, the flame of wishes was lit. On this occasion, attractive decoration of Lord Shanidev was done and by reciting the praise of Shanidev Maharaj, the welfare of the devotees was wished. Under the aegis of Shani Bhakti Sandhya cultural program was organized and Prasad was distributed to the devotees.

On this occasion, Shanidev Maharaj’s Aarti worship was performed by program coordinator Subhash Kesarwani, BJP leader Rajesh Kesarwani, Ravi Kesarwani, Kanhaiya Kushwaha, Chhotka Badka, Umeshchandra Kesarwani Dada, Gangesh Sharma, Sushil Gupta, Santosh Agrahari, Shatrughan Jaiswal, Ajay Agrahari, etc. hundreds of devotees.
