Many important proposals passed for self-respect and organizational strength of cadre, demand raised for designation of CPRO and creation of post of Gazetted Officer at block level

Prayagraj: A very important and historic provincial meeting of the Assistant Development Officer Panchayat Service Association, Uttar Pradesh, was held today at the Panchayati Raj Directorate in Uttar Pradesh. Officials from all 18 divisions and 75 districts of the state participated enthusiastically and raised their voices for the interests of the cadre.

During the meeting, in order to enhance the development, respect and efficiency of the cadre, unanimously important proposals were passed for change in designation: changing the designation of Assistant Development Officer to Block Panchayat Raj Officer, reducing the mandatory service period for promotion to the post of ADPRO to 3 years, administrative powers: important proposal to make the Additional Chief Executive Officer of the Area Panchayat and creation of the post of Clerk under Assistant Development Officer Panchayat for gazetted powers and smooth functioning as per the dignity of the cadre at the block level.

On this occasion, former office-bearers Purnendu Dixit, Jitendra Singh, and Anil Bajpai, who have dedicated their lives to strengthening the organization, called on the Assistant Development Officer Panchayat cadre to unite and fight for their demands. Provincial President Kamal Kishore Shukla stated that the welfare and respect of the cadre is our top priority.
