Prayagraj: On Wednesday, a special lecture session on moral values, duty consciousness, and self-reflection in life was organized as a meaningful initiative for the teachers at Maharshi Patanjali Vidya Mandir. The main objective of the programme was to explain how to choose the right path amidst the dilemmas of modern life. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the speaker of the session Surendranath Dwivedi Ji and the Principal Alpona Dey. The Principal welcomed the guest and honoured him by presenting a planter and a gift as a token of gratitude. Surendranath Dwivedi Ji interacted with the teachers on various topics related to his life, moral values, duties, and self-reflection.

He narrated enriching experiences from his life to impress upon the teachers the necessity of firm belief in the Almighty. Moreover, when hard work is guided by dedication and devotion it becomes more than a pursuit of success- it becomes a journey towards spiritual elevation. He appreciated the founder of MPVM, Lokmani Lal Ji for his support in his youth. Shri Dwivedi Ji inspired teachers to place the chariot of their lives in the hands of the Almighty, and allow Him to be the Charioteer. He further said that teaching is one of the most privileged and fulfilling professions where the cheerful faces of children become a constant source of inspiration, giving vitality to every teacher’s work. 

The Principal of the school, Alpona Dey extended a heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Surendranath Dwivedi Ji for his insightful, deep and meaningful session. She found his calm and simple style of delivering the deep knowledge of life so comforting to each individual. She also expressed her hope that he would hold many such enriching sessions for teachers from time to time empowering them with wisdom and knowledge to overcome the oddities of life.
