Prayagraj: The thirty-seventh installation ceremony of Lions Club Allahabad Cantt was held on 23rd September at Hotel Rama Continental Civilians. The ceremony was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the chief guest, Mandal President Uday Chandani and former International President Dr. Jagdish Gulati. Present on the stage were Dr. Arpan Dhar Dubey, Nitin Yasharth, Deputy Mandal President, First Umesh Chandra Kakkar, RM Balaji, Satish Tandon, Sanjay Chadha, and Brijendra Vajpayee.

Initiation Officer DM Singh conferred Lionism initiation upon the new members and pinned the Mandala pin. Umesh Chandra Kakkar administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new executive committee for the year 2026-27 and installed them. Newly elected team:

President – Lion Yogendra Singh, Secretary – Lion Dhananjay Sahu, Treasurer – Lion Beena Srivastava, Installation Officer = Manoj Khare. Mandal President Uday Chandani congratulated the new team by presenting a bouquet of flowers. Coordinator Manoj Khare  greeted everyone and informed them about the service goals of the Mandal.
