Prayagraj: The 138th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s radio program “Mann Ki Baat” was broadcast on Sunday. Party workers, officials, and public representatives participated in the program at all booths in all 15 Mandals of the BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan Area. BJP Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta listened to “Mann Ki Baat” with workers at booth number 177 in the Civil Lines Mandal, Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani at the Kidganj Camp Office, and City West MLA Siddharth Nath Singh at booth number 184 in his assembly constituency. In this edition of “Mann Ki Baat,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi mentioned the 10th anniversary of the surgical strikes conducted on September 28-29, 2016, and reiterated India’s zero-tolerance policy against terrorism.

He also recalled the Balakot airstrike and “Operation Sindoor.” PM Modi commended the pledge taken by millions of youth across the country against drugs and their vow to abstain from drugs. He made special mention of the women of the Sundarbans who, after losing their husbands to tiger attacks, created mangrove forests, which today serve as a natural protective shield for the villages and a source of income for them. The role of amla in health and nutrition was highlighted, and the excellent work being done by self-help groups in many districts of the country regarding amla and the ODOP scheme was praised. The Prime Minister remembered the victims of the 9/11 attacks. He paid tribute to Ashok Singhal on his birth centenary.
