Prayagraj: The plight of the park situated on the boundary of the city’s historic All Saints Cathedral Church had been in a dilapidated condition for many years. For which many complaints were sent to the concerned authorities in the past too but only assurance was supplied and the complaints were ignored. In this sequence, Diocese of Lucknow’s media in-charge and social worker Sunil Kumar Verma shot off a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath along with Chief Secretary Urban Development and District Magistrate Prayagraj demanding beautification of the park. In his letter, he said that the All Saints Cathedral Church is a historical heritage whose structure and style mesmerizes tourists coming from all over the world. While the preparations for Maha Kumbh are in full swing in the holy city, the historical heritage of the city was being ignored. Regarding this matter, media in-charge Sunil Kumar Verma had continuously tweeted to all the departmental officers and the Chief Minister on Recommendation has also been made to plant street lights and new trees. For which Sunil Kumar Verma, media in-charge of Diocese of Lucknow, has expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister and the district administration Prayagraj.
