Prayagraj: Under the leadership of Congress Gangapar District President Ashfaq Ahmed, a delegation of Congress party leaders went to Gram Sabha Yusufpur Motihan, met the 8-year-old Dalit rape victim and her family, inquired about the well-being of the victim and reiterated their commitment to take action for appropriate help to the family and the victim. On this occasion, Ahmed said that during the BJP rule, incidents like murder, rape and robbery have become common and the police administration has loosened its grip on criminals. Big incidents are carried out by criminals and they roam freely on the streets. Ahmed met the rape victim and her family and asked them to provide them all possible help and support, to live together and to take strict legal action against the criminals and demanded financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh from the government. Uttar Pradesh Congress President Ajay Rai spoke to the victim’s family and helped as much as possible and the Congress party is standing with the victim’s family in this hour of grief. The delegation included Sharad Upadhyay Munna, Assembly in-charge Dr. Jagat Narayan Singh, District Upadhyay Devraj Vice President, General Secretary Sunil Pandey, DrAmar Singh Patel, Parvez Tahir, Shyam ji Dhuria, Harbhan Singh Singraur, Ajay Kushwaha, Mohd.
