IFFCO leading fertilizer org globally: Pankaj Pandey

Prayagraj: The welfare of employees is paramount. Retired employees are the soul of IFFCO organization. They have raised the banyan tree of IFFCO with their blood and sweat. Labor is the backbone of the organization. IFFCO Employees Union President Pankaj Pandey said these things while addressing the farewell ceremony of retired employees of IFFCO organized at IFFCO Employees Union Bhawan Auditorium on Friday. He said that it is because of the workers that today IFFCO has established itself as the world’s leading fertilizer organization, due to which there has been all-round development for all. Employees’ Union General Secretary Vijay Yadav said that the very word of farewell is sad. But it provides an energy. Due to which we do not remain lonely and work for a better futureThe union is feeling proud by honoring the retired employees by celebrating the farewell ceremony of the workers as Labor Day. While conducting the programme, he said that today IFFCO is moving forward successfully only with the help of a strong foundation. All this is the result of the tireless efforts and honesty of the workers. Before the program, retired IFFCO employees were honored by giving them corsets and mementos.
