Prayagraj: On the occasion of the second day of Bhagwat Katha organized by Shri Hanuman Seva Samiti at Hanuman Temple Bargad Ghat Meerapur, revered storyteller of Ayodhya Dham, Puneet Ji Maharaj, while narrating the story to the devotees, said that

Knowledge, devotion, and detachment: This is a wonderful confluence of all three. The story tells us that only devotion can protect knowledge and detachment. Freedom from fear and sorrow: This story destroys the darkness of ignorance, attachment, and pride and awakens wisdom, thereby eliminating all worldly sorrows and fears. Surrender is salvation: Its biggest message is that giving up ego (pride) and surrendering completely to God is the ultimate goal of human life.
