I request with folded hands that if I receive your blessings, the connection of strengthening the advocates would be reinforced even more,” he mentioned in a viral letter to lawyer fraternity while seeking their votes in the next Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh member election.
“I’d want to run in the next Bar Council elections and would appreciate your full support and blessing in the first round. If I get your first choice vote (1) in this election, I’ll consider it a blessing and consider myself fortunate. I’ll always be the first to embrace your blessings,” he added. He described himself as an aspirant seeking your support, blessings, and first choice vote (1) in the next Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh member election. He has ties to the Board of Revenue, the CBI Court, SIDBI, GIC Housing Finance, the Bank of India, and Aryavarta Bank. He has held top state-level roles in the AIMIM and the LJP before running for and losing assembly and parliamentary elections. Furthermore, he has sent a letter to the Chairman and Secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Bar Council requesting that the time for COP Renewal and Verification Form be extended from November 30 to December 31, 2023. He added in his letter to the Bar Council that an order forcing advocates to fill out and submit the COP renewal and verification form by November 30th, 2023, despite the fact that the majority of the state’s advocates must first submit the COP renewal form. Many advocate friends of the state were attempting to fill out the COP Renewal and COP Verification form by 30th November 2023 but did not have time to do so due to being busy in the month of November with festivals, marriage, holy thread, auspicious work, and so on.
As a result, in view of the concerns and feelings of the state’s advocates, I respectfully request that you extend the deadline for COP renewal and verification to December 31, 2023, without incurring late fees. In the letter, he adds that charging a late charge of Rs 100 for COP applications submitted after November 30 is not justified. As a result, the COP form must be submitted by December 31, 2023 to avoid a late fee. Thank you very much. “You should be thanked for this by the state’s advocacy friends,” he said in the letter.
