BHADOHI: The image of the tehsil administration is getting tarnished due to the arbitrariness, bribery and corruption of accountant Sarvesh Shukla and revenue officer Indu Tiwari, illegally posted in Gyanpur tehsil of Bhadohi district, and the land mafia former accountant of Itahara. Due to manipulation in the land of farmers, mutual enmity is increasing among peace loving farmers. They have done large scale land fraud by preparing forged documents in the tehsil.

It is said that the said Lekhpal and Kanungo and the land mafia former Lekhpal of Itahara gave someone’s land to someone else. Violent riots and fights take place in the area every day over the possession of land. The mafia don’t’s henchmen are taking advantage of this fight and anarchy, hooliganism and mafiaism are being encouraged in the area.

People have demanded from the District Magistrate that Lekhpal Sarvesh Shukla and Kanungo Indu Tiwari posted in Gyanpur Tehsil should be suspended immediately and strict legal action should be taken by registering a case of disproportionate assets against them. Otherwise, if the farmers of the area get angry, there can be a lockout in the Tehsil administration. Due to their black deeds, the Tehsil administration has come under the grip of corruption and due to their atrocities, anarchy and hooliganism, there is panic among the public. Due to the terror of the mafia, people have started getting scared of going to the Tehsil.

An example of the atrocities and oppression of the Kanungo and Lekhpal, who have committed corruption and huge scams in connivance with the mafia kingpin Vijay Mishra’s gang, is that these people did not even spare the land of a Dalit man who is handicapped in both eyes and are doing hooliganism by occupying it and constructing an illegal building on it. Due to the arbitrariness of the Lekhpal and Kanungo, their parallel administration is running in Gyanpur Tehsil and all of them are harassing the common people by working against the rules and laws.

The land for sports, girls school and Panchayat building of Gram Sabha Ithara, Tehsil Gyanpur, district Bhadohi, and the land of the Dalit handicapped Mallu of the village, was registered in the name of his father by a land mafia former revenue servant of Ithara, a henchman of jailed mafia Vijay Mishra, with the help of his relative accountant Sarvesh Shukla, and has built his empire on it. These fraudsters, with the help of their fraud, have also constructed a house for Bhaironlal son of Asharam on the remaining Gram Sabha land, thus defying the law of the Yogi government.

These fraudsters get the names of different people registered in different areas of the village, and then take arbitrary huge amounts of money to get them removed. It did not stop here, these Chakars have also illegally occupied the valuable land of the Dalit Divyang Mallu of the village and established their business and black empire on it. Recently, in the public meeting of the Gram Sabha, a resolution has been passed against the black deeds of the occupiers. In which also a proposal has been passed to take action against this landowner for occupying the land of this Divyang and the land of the Gram Sabha. Hundreds of applications have been given against this mafia by the aggrieved villagers including the Divyang with evidence but no action has been taken on it till now.

It is said that these land grabbers are active members of the gang of infamous mafia former MLA Vijay Mishra who is in jail. The fourth class servant who has encroached upon 20 bighas of land in the village has built his own empire like a royal palace. In which the money of the above mafia is also invested directly or indirectly. These people are still running the syndicate of the said mafia and are working by defying the law of the Yogi government. “Former Chief Minister Late Kalyan Singh ji had also ordered strict action against the fake land of this land mafia and servant.”

The fraudulent Lekhpal and Kanungo who use the law in their own way, instead of getting the Panchayat Bhawan constructed on the land allotted for Panchayat Bhawan by the Revenue Department, gave it to the land mafia in collusion with the members of their gang. Throwing dust in the eyes of the law, these frauds got the Panchayat Bhawan constructed on the Bhumidhari/private land of Sharda Prasad etc. of the same village by their hooliganism, bribery, corruption, bullying. In the campaign against land mafias launched by the Yogi government, these Lekhpal and Kanungo neither took any action regarding the land occupied by the mafia, nor informed their higher officials. This makes it clear that these three are active members of the notorious mafia gang.

After the consolidation process was over, the victim Sharda Prasad Tiwari etc. of the same village were cultivating their land for the last twenty years through the same land mafia and fraudsters. He got the names of the opponents registered on the land by getting the order passed in a wrong manner. When the government came to know about it, their names were deleted and the names of the victim parties were registered again. Despite this, he is still conspiring in it. Even at present, he is trying to get the house of Bhairav ​​Lal built on the government land of the Gram Sabha, by going above the law, despite the case being pending in the High Court, DM, SDM, Civil Court and both the parties being present. He has also got the name of someone else registered in other areas of the victim in a fraudulent manner. The victims also say that he threatens everyday that do whatever I say otherwise it will cost you dearly. You saw our power, I got just one or two people of your opposition trapped and dozens of your people trapped under Section 126/135 BNSS. In fact, if the above facts and what the victims have said are kept in mind, it clearly seems that the above Halka Lekhpal and Kanungo are appearing bigger than the High Court and the court.

These revenue workers are spreading terrible chaos in the area by misusing their government position. These people have accumulated crores of rupees in Benami property by taking bribes. All of them should be arrested and sent to jail for collecting more property than their income. But these Lekhpal, Kanungo and its members who have accumulated crores of rupees in Benami property by taking bribes are emboldened because no action has been taken against them despite repeated complaints. They are adept in preparing forged documents and committing fraud by flouting government laws and are harassing the farmers of the area by preparing fake orders of officers. Preparing fake records of any farmer’s land and transferring it to someone else is a cakewalk for these people. By tampering with revenue records, these people have acquired illegal property worth crores of rupees.

It is a matter of great surprise that despite having authentic complaints of corruption against the Lekhpal, Kanungo and its members, they have not been suspended till date! Nor has any action been taken by registering an FIR against them. This is tarnishing the image of the government. The wrong message is being conveyed to the people that the rule of Lekhpal and Kanungo is prevailing in Uttar Pradesh. These people are promoting bribery and corruption by flouting the zero tolerance campaign being run by the Chief Minister against corruption. Due to which there is great anger among the public. The image of the tehsil administration is getting tarnished.
