Prayagraj: Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVA) Mangalam on Saturday provided food items and edible oil etc. in sufficient quantity for the blind students studying and residing in Raj Andh Vidyalaya located in Civil Lines, Prayagraj. Along with this, more than 60 snack boxes, cold Lahori Jaljeera and steel bowls were distributed to all the children and staff, in which apart from others, Mr. Rajan and Puneet Bagga and businessmen Ashok Kesarwani and Sandeep Srivastava had special cooperation. The program started with the national song Vande Mataram and garlanding the pictures of Bharat Mata and Swami Vivekananda ji and ended with the national anthem.
On this occasion, the Council’s guide Shivanandan Gupta, General Secretary Amit Shyam, Patron Nagendra Singh said in their speech that Bharat Vikas Parishad works on its five fundamental principles of service, contact, cooperation, culture and dedication and the current relevant program has been done under its service project and Mangalam branch will continue to do such work of service. On this occasion, Branch President V.P. Gupta, Secretary Sunil Shrivastava, Treasurer Pradeep Jaiswal, Conveners Jitendra Kumar (Service), Prof. Shyamal Mukherjee (Environment), Sudhir Dwivedi (Culture) and Mrs. Deepa Joshi, members Siddharth Ji, K.L. Purwar, Gajendra Shrivastava and Ajay Shrivastava etc. were present and participated.
