Prayagraj: As it is said, ‘True yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life’, the life of a teacher, Shaheen has been shaped by yoga, leading to numerous awards and recognition at various levels. She was conferred with the best yoga teacher award in a glittering ceremony organised by aerobics welfare society. Former Mayor Abhilasha Gupta Nandi bestowed the award on her and wished best of luck for all of her future endeavours. She encouraged Shaheen to perform consistently and achieve the heights of success in the days to come.

Due to his consistent practice, Shaheen has performed yoga on various platforms and has been appreciated by many. She has achieved significant milestones in yoga at a young age. With the continuous support of his parents, she has actively participated in and won numerous awards in yoga competitions. “It was possible to achieve so much in yoga with the constant encouragement of my yoga guru, parents, and teachers. My goal is to achieve even more in yoga,” remarked Shaheen prior to signing off.
