Prayagraj: On the occasion of Independence Day, a remarkable atmosphere of patriotism and enthusiasm prevailed at the Prayagraj Cantonment Board Office. The chief guest, Brigadier Robby Kapoor, President of the Cantonment Board, hoisted the national flag, formally inaugurating the celebrations. Following the flag hoisting, all attendees respectfully sang the national anthem, expressing their deep patriotic sentiments. The sight of the Tricolor waving high in the sky filled everyone’s hearts with pride and joy.

Present on the occasion were Mohammad Sameer Islam, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Vinod Valmiki, Nominated Member; Mr. Manvendra, Assistant Engineer; Mr. Ashok, Sanitary Inspector; Mr. Ashwini Yadav, Office Superintendent; Captain A.K. Sinha, School Coordinator; Mr. Shrinivas Pandey, Store In-Charge; along with the office accountant, revenue inspector, Class IV employees, principals of Cantonment Board schools, teachers, students, and all officers and staff members.

The students added charm to the celebration with colorful cultural performances. On this occasion, Brigadier Robby Kapoor also presented Certificates of Appreciation to the office and teaching staff, boosting their morale. In his inspiring address, Brigadier Robby Kapoor paid tribute to the immortal martyrs of the freedom struggle and conveyed a message of preserving the nation’s unity and integrity. He called upon all citizens to contribute actively towards nation-building.
