Prayagraj: Pandit Shrikant Mishra Music Festival will be organized on the land of Prayagraj on 6th September at 6:00 pm in the Sarthak Auditorium of Arya Kanya Degree College. Media in-charge Rajesh Kesarwani said that this event is being organized by Tune to Dhrupad Trust and Sanskar Bharti University Unit.

It will be organized as part of the 75th birthday celebrations of Pandit Shrikant Mishra ji. Apart from this, this event is being organized in different cities of the country.

The main event in the program will be Carnatic singing by Vidushi Uma Kumar who has come from Switzerland, followed by classical singing by Dr. Surendra Kumar, Associate Professor, Department of Music and Performing Arts, Allahabad University and Dhrupad singing (Bhopal) by Dhrupad Bandhu (Sanjeev Jha and Manish Kumar) is scheduled.

Apart from this, musical artists like Dr. S Satyaveer Prasad (Mirdangam), Dr. Sukhdev Mishra (Violin), Dr. Indradev Chaudhary (Harmonium), Dr. Amit Ishwar (Tabla) and Aditya Deep (Pakhawaj) will accompany the event.
