Prayagraj: “Guru Vandan – Student Abhinandan” program was successfully organized in village Maheshpur (2 km from Andawa bypass on Gorakhpur road) on Monday. On this occasion, five respected teachers were honored. Also, 40 meritorious students were given certificates of appreciation and 6 best students were honored with special prizes.
During the program, books, pens, chocolates, fruits, sweets, juice, biscuits, colours and snacks were distributed to the children. The children filled the atmosphere with devotion and enthusiasm by reciting Hanuman Chalisa and other religious hymns and mantras collectively. They also made beautiful cards showing their creativity on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. On this occasion, the patron Mrs. Alka Mishra ji highlighted the importance of Guru and said that Guru is the guide of life and only with his guidance, students are able to make their lives successful. This program was organized by President Anita Srivastava ji, the program was successfully completed in the presence of Kanchan Srivastava, Shalini Kesariwani, Shalini Sharma, Seema Pandey and Jayshree Mukherjee, Ragini Bisaria, Hemlata Ghosh, Sujat Dada, Shivanshi, all the members of Nilayam branch. Finally, the program concluded with the national anthem “Vande Mataram”. All the people present contributed to make it unforgettable.
