Prayagraj: Before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Varanasi, Congress leaders have been put under house arrest in Prayagraj. The police have taken this action to prevent Congress workers from going to Varanasi and protesting. House arrested leader Irshad Ullah has called it a violation of democracy and accused the government of suppressing the voice of protest.
