Prayagraj: An important meeting of ‘Prayag Khel Mahotsav Season-2’ was held in Thakur Narayan Singh Group of Colleges under the chairmanship of Director Dr. Uday Pratap Singh, in which issues like ensuring participation of intermediate level students of the division in various games were discussed in detail. Dr. Uday Pratap Singh asked all the members to ensure that all the students participating in the sports festival at the divisional level are provided with detailed information about all the 15 games. 15 teams were formed for distribution and collection of forms, which were assigned area wise responsibilities. In the meeting, administrative rules were decided for sports proforma, monitoring etc., which were explained in detail by Principal Dr. Ajay Kumar Govind Rao. Deputy Director Vinay Pratap Singh, RJ Nimish and Heads of Departments/Acharyas of various faculties were present in this meeting. The responsibility of media head was given to Dr. Ambika Pandey.
