Wave of happiness spread among litigants

Prayagraj: As per the instructions of Uttar Pradesh State Legal Services Authority, Lucknow, today on 13.09.2025, National Lok Adalat was organized in the District Court, Prayagraj and all the tehsils under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Prayagraj at 10 am by lighting the lamp by Hon’ble Chief Justice, Family Court, Prayagraj Dr. Bal Mukunda.

A total of 222148 cases were settled in the National Lok Adalat. A total of 13338 criminal cases were settled. A total of 89 cases were settled by the Family Court on the basis of mutual settlement. A total of 37 cases were settled by Shri Bal Mukund, Chief Justice, Family Court. 12 couples were made to live together on the basis of mutual settlement by the Family Court and they garlanded each other and fed sweets. 304 cases were settled by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Presiding Officer North Shri Ram Kushal. 131 cases were settled by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Presiding Officer Dadwini Shri Pradeep Singh. A total of 03 cases were settled by Shri Ramkesh, Presiding Officer, Commercial Court. A total of 09 cases were settled by Presiding Officer Land Acquisition. Mr. Parvez Akhtar, Additional District Judge, EC Act disposed of 528 electricity cases. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mrs. Trisha Mishra disposed of 5717 cases, Mr. Vinay Kumar Jaiswal, Railway Magistrate disposed of 2360 cases, Mrs. Diksha Shri Virtual Court, Traffic disposed of a total of 16241 pre-litigation cases. A total of 125000 cases were disposed of by revenue courts, 1872 bank pre-litigation cases were disposed of. Under the guidance of Mr. Ravikant-II, Nodal Officer/ADJ, Lok Adalat, coordination was established with all the departments and the Lok Adalat was successfully organized.
