Prayagraj: Gandhi Shilp Bazaar district level was organized by the organization Manav Kalyan Seva Samiti in collaboration with the Office of Development Commissioner, Handicrafts Textiles Ministry, Government of India at Sudha Vatika Prayagraj. Gandhi Shilp Bazaar was organized from 10 September 2025 to 16 September 2025. During the fair, large scale shopping was done by the local people in which mainly Banarasi sarees, incense sticks, jute bags, stone products were sold. On talking to the handicraftsmen, it was found that all the basic facilities were made available to them by the organization, as a result of which there was extensive sale during the fair period. The fair was inaugurated by Tannaya Banerjee, Assistant Director, Prayagraj. Inspection was done during the fair period by Rohit and RP Singh, HPO. The fair was declared a complete success and asked the Office of Development Commissioner to organize such events more extensively and continuously.
