Prayag Utthan Samiti to launch digital membership drive
Prayagraj: The Prayag Utthan Samiti organized a discussion meeting and collaboration with new members in the auditorium of Thakur Harnarayan Singh Group of Colleges, Karaila Bagh. On this occasion, the Chairman of the committee and Director of Thakur Harnarayan Singh Group of Colleges, Dr. Uday Pratap Singh, while describing the new members of the committee as Karma Yogis, said that with the strength of the workers of the committee, a new dimension will be created in the field of social service and a new light will be created in the society through the culture of service and the spirit of dedication, in which the poor, helpless, disabled and weak women of the society will be provided with all the necessary facilities. Apart from this, the committee will run a ventilator ambulance van on January 1 to serve the needy and will work in the service of the elderly people living there by adopting the Aadhar Shila Old Age Home in Naini. It will provide all the necessary facilities to the disabled brothers and sisters. Apart from this, it will work towards generating self-employment to make poor women self-reliant and will be leading in the field of medical education. He said that the committee is being formed in every ward, in which about 1000 people have taken membership and the committee will launch a digital membership campaign very soon and will recruit new members. The felicitation ceremony and oath taking ceremony will be organised in a grand manner and further said that the target has been set to add about 10000 people to the committee this year.
On this occasion, General Secretary Abhishek Thakur, Rajesh Kesarwani, Harish Tripathi, Ajit Singh, Pradeep Abhilash Kesarwani etc. stressed on the development of the committee.
On this occasion, a lunch was organised with workers from various areas of the city like Kidganj, Mutthiganj, Naini, Meerapur Chowk, Zero Road etc. The program was conducted by General Secretary Abhishek Thakur.
