Prayagraj: At a meeting of BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan Mandal presidents and in-charges held at the BJP office in Civil Lines on Wednesday, BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta discussed in detail the voter list revision, Run for Unity, and the foot marches being organized as part of the Sardar Patel 150th birth anniversary celebrations. He urged workers to ensure the success of all programs and campaigns. The Metropolitan President stated that on October 31st, the 159th birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Run for Unity will begin at 8 a.m. from the Sardar Patel Institute in Alopi, passing through Alopi Chungi and Tiranga Park, and conclude at Harshvardhan Square. A floral tribute ceremony will also be held at each booth on the same day. The Metropolitan President urged workers to remain vigilant regarding the Voter List Revision (SIR). He urged them to spread the word as much as possible and make every effort to ensure that their constituents’ names are added to the voter list. All Mandal presidents should prepare the BLA 2 list within three days and submit it to the office. Regarding the 8-kilometer padyatra (foot march) to be held in the three assembly constituencies of the metropolis as part of the Sardar Patel’s 150th birth anniversary celebrations, the Metropolitan President stated that the padyatra will take place in every assembly constituency. The presidents and in-charges of the divisions within the assembly should complete preparations for the padyatra. Efforts should be made to involve people from all walks of life. The Mandal presidents should plan to ensure that as many people as possible participate in the padyatra. The Metropolitan President congratulated the workers on Prayagraj Mahanagar securing first place in the Kashi region in the 127th edition of Mann Ki Baat. Metropolitan Vice President Pramod Modi moderated the meeting.
