Manager chased with pistol, family fear for life, remain confined to their home

Prayagraj: Even after the property of Rajnarayan Pandey PG College was demarcated in the Tharwai police station area, the thugs broke through the wall with the purpose of seizing it, and when the management complained, they chased the manager with an illegal weapon.  The manager’s family has been restricted to their home following the event.  A formal complaint has been made with the police, naming the accused.  The police have registered a case and booked five people following their investigation.  According to the source, Devendra Pandey used to operate Raj Narayan PG College in the Berui Garapur region of the police station.  A substantial portion of the college campus is unoccupied in the shape of a designated area.

Even after that, land mafia and strongmen like Indrapal, Rajaram’s son, Nagendra Kumar, and Premchand are attempting to seize unoccupied property, making it impossible to manage an educational institution.  Previously, when these strongmen attempted to take over the college land, the police filed a report. Today, they all sought to occupy the college by tearing down the college wall.  When the manager attempted to stop them, the strongmen pursued him with a revolver with the aim of murdering him.  He somehow saved his life by hiding at college.  When the locals arrived after hearing the disturbance, they all threatened him before leaving.  Manager Devendra Pandey claims that the site is the college’s property and has been demarcated accordingly. On December 9, 2023, a report was also filed against these same bullies when they came to occupy the land. Victim said that today’s incident has terrified the entire family and they will not come out of the house until they get justice because they fear that they might be murdered.
