Prayagraj: On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Iron Man Sardar Patel, City South Assembly Padyatra will be held on Wednesday at 12.30 pm from Lalita Devi Temple. Industrial Development Minister of UP Govt, Nand Gopal Gupta will join Yatra as chief guest.

Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta will preside. The procession will begin at 12:30 pm from Lalita Devi Temple and will pass through Khatri Pathshala, Rani Mandi, Loknath Square, Sulaki Square, Ram Bhavan Square, Mutthiganj Bada Square, Gaughat, Ice Food Road, and the Kidganj Police Station, ending at Masuria Mai Temple in Kydganj.

“All national, state, district, division, Shakti Kendra and booth officials, all the front, cell officials, councillors, all public representatives and all the members of Vichar Parivar, who reside in city’s south assembly, join the padayatra and work to spread the message of national unity and integrity of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to the people,” remarked Abhilasha Gupta Nandi, ex-Mayor.
