Prayagraj: A three-day Divya Art and Skill Exhibition and cultural programme was organised by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities from 20th to 22nd November 2025 at the North Central Cultural Centre. Under the guidance of Mrs Poonam Singh, Secretary of Bhavini Welfare Society, an attractive stall of jute items made by disabled children, including bags, showpieces, shagun envelopes, flower pots, file folders, file covers, candles, diyas, lamps, jewellery, was set up. On 20th November 2025, Honourable Guru Prasad Maurya, MLA, Phaphamau Vidhansabha and on 21st November 2025, Honourable Ganesh Chandra Kesarwani, Mayor Prayagraj, appreciated the items made by disabled children. The Mayor was presented a showpiece made by disabled children by the Secretary of the organisation, Poonam Singh. On 22nd November 2025, Honourable Vipin Chandra Dixit, Justice, High Court Prayagraj and Honourable Kshitij Shailendra Ji, Justice, High Court Prayagraj, Shri Abhay Srivastava, Deputy Director, Disabled Empowerment, Shri Ashok Gautam, Disability Empowerment Cause Officer Prayagraj visited the stall. The material made by the differently abled children was also presented by the Secretary of the organization Poonam Singh. The cultural program performed by the children of Bhavini Welfare Society was appreciated by the Honorable and the organization was awarded the second position and the children and staff of the organization were also honored with a momento and a certificate. The stall of Bhavini Welfare Society got the first position in the Divya Kala and Kaushal Exhibition 2025. The organization also received a cheque of Rs. 5100 and Rs. 2100 as a prize from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. The Secretary of the organization Poonam Singh was also honored by the guests by giving a certificate and a momento. On this occasion, Dr. KN Mishra, Vikas Pandey, Coordinator Integrated Education, Shri Narayan Yadav, Chandrabhan Dwivedi, Sandesh Mishra were also present.
