The victim’s nephew, Kuldeep Singh Yadav, reached the Manda police station and filed a named complaint. Station in-charge Anil Kumar Verma is investigating the case. Narrating the incident, Anupam, son of village head Kailashnath, who was injured in the attack, has appealed to the Chief Medical Officer of the district to make the case medico-legal, and has given a petition to the Superintendent of Manda CHC to issue necessary guidelines.
