A case has been registered against the attackers in Police Station Manda under sections 109(1), 117(2) 352, 351(3) of the Indian Penal Code 2023. But no arrest has been made in the case yet.

Following the incident, with the help of villagers, the injured Pradhan was brought to CHC Manda, where doctors, seeing his condition as serious, referred him to SRN Hospital.
The victim’s nephew, Kuldeep Singh Yadav, reached the Manda police station and filed a named complaint. Station in-charge Anil Kumar Verma is investigating the case. Narrating the incident, Anupam, son of village head Kailashnath, who was injured in the attack, has appealed to the Chief Medical Officer of the district to make the case medico-legal, and has given a petition to the Superintendent of Manda CHC to issue necessary guidelines.
