Prayagraj: Under the joint aegis of Maharishi Bharadwaj Panchkarma Medical Centre, Naini, Prayagraj and Gyan Arogya Charitable Trust, a yoga camp was organised under the leadership of Dr Amita Singh at Maharishi Bharadwaj Panchkarma Medical Centre premises in Someshwar Ghat Police Station Mela area, Arail. In this camp, the participants were made aware of yoga therapy along with yoga training. The entire staff of the medical centre and employees/officers of many departments were present in the yoga camp. The camp was started after worshipping Lord Dhanvantari and Maharishi Patanjali under the guidance of Yogacharya Kaushal Kishore Mishra. Importance of yoga, subtle exercises, Janu Shirshasana, Bhramari Pranayam, Suryabhedi Pranayam were practised in it.
