Prayagraj: Under the leadership of National President of Kayastha Sangh, Pawan Srivastava, tribute was paid to Kayastha Shiromani Bharat Ratna and the first President of India at a hotel in Civil Lines on Saturday and his 63rd foundation day was celebrated and he was saluted.
National President of Kayastha Sangh, former councilor and spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party, Pawan Srivastava said that Dr. Rajendra Prasad breathed his last on 28 February 1963 at Sadakat Ashram in Patna.
He said that Dr. Rajendra Prasad was a learned man and he held the post of President of India for the longest time. He also called himself the creator of the Indian Constitution and while cursing the Congress, he said that in the greed of vote politics, he always did injustice to him. On the said occasion, Alok Srivastava, Shailendra Srivastava, Sanjeev Srivastava, Kushagra Srivastava and other workers were present.
