Swearing-in ceremony of nominated councillors postponed

Prayagraj: Paying tribute to those who died in the tragic cold storage accident in Phaphamau on Monday, the BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan observed a two-minute silence, praying for the peace of the departed souls, and expressing condolences to those injured in the accident. The swearing-in ceremony for the newly appointed councilors of the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation, scheduled for Tuesday, was also postponed. Workers observed a two-minute silence at the BJP office in Civil Lines, led by BJP Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta. The Metropolitan President stated that the loss of life in the unfortunate cold storage accident is heartbreaking. The government and the organization express their condolences to the bereaved families. We pray to God to grant the departed souls a place in His feet, give the bereaved families the strength to bear this unbearable loss, and grant speedy recovery to the injured. Present on the occasion were Metropolitan General Secretary Dr. Shailesh Kumar Pandey, District Minister Ajay Singh, Deep Dwivedi, Vijay Srivastava, Media Incharge Pawan Srivastava, Co-Media Incharge Vivek Mishra, Anand Dubey, and Mohd. Sharif, Sujit Kushwaha, Mohit Gupta, Gaya Prasad, Gopal Srivastava, Shobhita Srivastava, councilor Neeraj Gupta, councilor Gyanendra Anoop Kumar, Shubham Singh, Shashikant Srivastava and workers were present.
