Prayagraj: On the ninth day of the ongoing Navratri festival at Maa Kalyani Devi Temple Dham, at 5 am in the morning, General Secretary Pandit Shyam Ji Pathak performed Mangala Aarti of Maa Kalyani Ji as per the rituals and invoked Mata Siddha Datri. And till 2 pm, a huge crowd of devotees queued up in the temple premises to have darshan and worship of the mother and after the darshan and worship, the devotees and at 6 pm the doors of Maa Kalyani Devi’s decoration darshan were opened for the devotees and Maa Kalyani, adorned with golden ornaments, in her four-armed form, holding conch, chakra, mace and lotus in her hands, gave darshan to the devotees in the form of Mata Siddha Datri. After getting darshan of the supernatural decoration of the mother, the devotees raised loud cheers and the entire Kalyani Devi Dham resonated with the chants of the mother. The maha aarti of the mother was performed at 7 pm and the shayan aarti at 12:30 midnight was duly performed by the president Pandit Sushil Kumar Pathak ji and apart from this, the birth anniversary of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram ji was celebrated with pomp at 12 noon and the worship of virgin girls was done after the meal, Durga Saptashati recitation and the completion of Shatchandi Mahayagna was completed and a feast was organized.
The fair’s management president, Sushil Kumar Pathak, general secretary Shyamji Pathak, coordinator Anil Pathak, Yagyacharya Santoshanand Maharaj, Dilip Pathak, Sudhir, hundreds of volunteers and police personnel were on duty. On this occasion, the Sri Ram Katha, organized by the Sri Navsamvatsar Manas Samiti, located within the Maa Kalyani Devi Temple Dham, was held.
On the last day, while narrating the story to the devotees, Katha Vyas Dr Aniruddha Ji Maharaj described the coronation of Ram as described in Uttar Kand and further narrating the story of Ram Janmotsav, said that Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram was born on the holy land of Ayodhya for the destruction of unrighteousness and victory of righteousness. He said that Hindus wake up, the festival of Shri Ram Janmotsav gives us the message of unity, hence we have to keep our festivals and cultural traditions alive.
The Katha was conducted by spokesperson Omkar Nath Tripathi, on this occasion Kumar Narayan Pandit Krishna Kumar Pathak, General Secretary. Hundreds of devotees including Subodh Khanna, former councilor Vijay Vaishya, Shivbabu Tripathi, Rajesh Kesarwani, Manoj Tandon, Kunwarji Tandon, Raju Yadav performed the aarti.
