Prayagraj: In the money snatching incident that took place in Jasra under Ghurpur police station of Yamunanagar, two accused have already been sent to jail. Against the remaining wanted accused Muqaddar Nishad alias Muqaddar Patel, son of late Dulara, resident of Chak Garibdas Mama Bhanja Ka Talab, Police Station Naini Commissionerate Prayagraj, a proclamation under section 82 CrPC/84 BNSS was issued against the wanted accused by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Room No. 3 Prayagraj. The proclamation was served by the Inspector in-charge Ghurpur along with the police force by reaching the residence of the accused. During the proceedings of the proclamation, a copy of the proclamation was pasted on the visible part of the house of the accused in front of the witnesses of the locality and a public announcement was made by beating a drum in the locality.
