Prayagraj: Bharatiya Janata Party’s district media in-charge Pawan Srivastava said that after the death of Ward 48 Alopibagh councilor Umesh Chand Mishra, his son Sachin Mishra has been declared the official candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming by-election.
