Prayagraj. Dr. Ramakant Dubey, Chairman of the SHUATS Media Committee, issued a press release stating that the Sam Higginbottom Educational and Charitable Society has no legal connection with the North India Synod of Education. The society was registered in 1970, while the Sam Higginbottom Educational and Charitable Society, the founding society of SHUATS, was duly registered in 1950. The North India Synod of Education has filed a written complaint with the Office of the Assistant Registrar of Societies, Chits and Firms regarding the illegal and unethical use of the registered address of the founding society of SHUATS. The officials of the society are spreading false, baseless, and misleading propaganda. The society’s image is being tarnished by this misleading propaganda, which is contrary to facts, and a written complaint has been lodged with the Chief Development Officer.
