Prayagraj: Neha Kaura, Co-Founder, Sparkleen an MBA graduate from Pune and a Bachelor’s degree holder in Journalism from Bangalore, Neha brings a strong blend of business acumen and communication expertise to her role at Sparkleen. She moved to Prayagraj five years ago, where the idea for Sparkleen took shape during the COVID period. Inspired by her parent’s passion for the laundry business, Neha stepped into this new venture with curiosity and a strong desire to learn.

What began as a learning experience soon evolved into a committed journey of building a reliable, customer-focused service with an emphasis on quality and operational excellence.

She co-founded Sparkleen with her brother, Karan, who brings several years of experience from the hospitality industry, strengthening the venture with his operational insights and service expertise. Recognizing growing market demand and the needs of different areas in Prayagraj, they have planned to expand by opening a new outlet to serve more customers and deliver quality service.
