Prayagraj: The biennial organizational elections of the Prayagraj district branch of the Diploma Pharmacist Gazetted Officers Association (affiliated to the State Employees Joint Council, Uttar Pradesh) were held at the District Women’s Hospital, Dufferin. The elections were conducted under the supervision of the Central Executive Committee of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Divisional President Suresh Prasad Gupta and CS Rathore acted as election officers during the election process. Divisional Minister Ramesh Channu Singh served as co-election officer, while Provincial Communicator Subhash Chandra, who came from Lucknow, served as observer.

Following the elections, a new executive committee was announced. Janak Singh was elected president, Dilip Singh was appointed senior vice president, Loknath Singh vice president, Lal Singh district minister, Ramesh Singh organization minister, Dilip Singh joint secretary, and Subhash Chandra treasurer. The newly elected office bearers were welcomed by the members. A pledge was made to work together to strengthen the organization and resolve employee problems.
