Prayagraj: The Women’s Welfare Committee of Prayagraj Division organized a special summer camp for children at Bal Vatika School today, May 19, 2026. The purpose of this event was to enrich the children’s summer vacation with creative, educational, and entertaining activities.
The summer camp was inaugurated by Mrs. Vandana Agarwal, President of the Women’s Welfare Committee. In her address, she emphasized that creative activities, along with the curriculum, are essential for children’s overall development. Such events play a vital role in developing self-confidence, leadership skills, discipline, and team spirit in children.
During the camp, children were organized to participate in various creative activities, including painting, dance, music, yoga, sports, handicrafts, and more. Children participated enthusiastically, showcasing their talents. Inspirational and entertaining sessions were also held, instilling new energy and enthusiasm in them.
On this occasion, the Women’s Welfare Committee’s Vice President, Mrs. Gulshan Waris, Vice President, Mrs. Pragya Deepak Kumar, Secretary, Niharika Singh, Treasurer, Anushree, and other committee members were present. All members encouraged the children and wished them a bright future. The summer camp generated significant enthusiasm among railway employees and their families. The Women’s Welfare Committee pledged to continue organizing such social and creative programs in the future for the welfare of children and families.
